Authors are invited to send manuscripts in British English through this site. The manuscripts will be received by the Editors. Then, the Editors will forward the manuscripts to reviewers.
The corresponding authors will receive from the redaction the referee`s reports. They must give an answer to the reviewers in maximum two weeks.

The redaction will send the final decision, regarding the paper(s), to the corresponding authors.

Important information:

Review papers are accepted only if the authors are invited and titles are agreed with them. The review is limited to 20 printed pages.
It is recommended that regular papers have 6-10 journal printed pages.
Short communications are limited to 4 pages.

One full page of the Journal contains 60 rows divided in two columns with 116 characters/row (font size Times New Roman 10).
The papers must be sent in a file with extensions .doc, .docx, .rtf (Microsoft Word Compatible Documents). Any other formats will not be considered.
3 - 5 Keywords must be specified
Every paper must have an abstract with maximum 100 words.
The following structure of the paper is recommended:
1. Introduction
2. Experimental (Theory, Modeling,...) 3. Results, 4. Discussion, 5. Conclusions, Acknowledgements
References will be introduced in the text at the end of the paper in the following style:

Please write down all the authors for every reference !

Figures and Tables are recommended to be introduced in the text with their legends. It is very important to provide pictures with high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) to allow resizing without loosing information.

The Redaction will process all the manuscripts taking into account the publishing rules of the Journal.
The Editors will make every effort to publish a paper in maximum 6 months.

After acceptance of a paper for publication in Journal of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials the corresponding author must send the Copyright Transfer Agreement signed by him in the name of all the co-authors of that paper. Scanned document with the signature of the corresponding author, sent by e-mail, to the address of the redaction, is accepted.

Subscriptions to JOAM must bear the address INOE-2000 (especially if cheque is sent).
After subscribing on this site the subscriber will receive the INVOICE (by FAX). After payment your subscription will be activated. You will receive free access to full papers published in JOAM and the Publishing House will send to you the printed issues of JOAM during the subscription year .
